Ulìwood, characterized by a high level of eco-sustainability, is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy a green space without renouncing the need to quickly reach the town (about 2.5 km) and the main arteries of extra-urban roads (about 4 Km).

Not isolated and close to the city, it is a garden of centuries-old olive trees, citrus, aromatic herbs and dozens of other native plants desired and designed at the end of the ’50s by the pharmacist Francesco Morgante, a great enthusiast for botany and medicinal herbs, that dedicated himself with love and devotion to the realization of this uncontaminated green lung, so much to be awarded a ministerial award for the innovative irrigation system as well as by general recognition for the beauty of the place.

At the center of this garden there is still a court with the two original rural buildings, one of the beginning of the century that housed the manor house and the other one of more recent construction, once used as a shelter.

Recently, the buildings have been the object of meticulous rescue and restoration work aimed at preserving the historical memory of buildings, associating it with the most modern technologies in the field of eco-sustainability, comfort and accessibility of guests.

The rooms are in country-chic style and for the choice of handmade furniture and wall tiles we have selected some of the best handicraft productions in the Sicilian territory.

The mattresses of the structure are produced by Simmons, a guarantee of comfort and quality.
